What can visitors of the Centre expect?

Visitors of the Dolphin Centre can expect an educational experience that takes them into the fascinating world of dolphins. The exhibit provides insights into their lives and the research work of our organization. Moreover, the entire exhibition is available in three languages: Slovenian, Italian, and English, ensuring accessibility for everyone. In addition to the educational panels, an interesting part of the content includes interactive tools that allow visitors to try their hand at being a dolphin researcher.
One of the unique experiences in our Centre is the acoustic room, where visitors are surrounded by the sounds of the sea, boats, and dolphin calls. This experience allows them to feel how important the sound is in the lives of marine animals and how dolphins communicate with each other and search for food.
An intriguing attraction is also the realistic life-size dolphin statue, named after one of the most observed dolphins in Slovenian waters – Morigenos. This statue gives visitors a true sense of the dolphin’s appearance and size, which is sure to impress. The Centre’s newest addition is the skeleton of a baby dolphin, which helps visitors gain a closer understanding of dolphin anatomy.
The Dolphin Centre is not just an exhibit but a unique opportunity for an in-depth and engaging exploration of the marine world in a way that captures visitors’ interest and opens new horizons. The visit is suitable for all age groups.
