FOLLOWING THE STREAM

At the end of October, our society joined up with the team of Moja reka si and Coca-cola Slovenia to clean up the banks of the river Dragonja. Dragonja is the longest river in Primorska and since it runs into the Adriatic Sea, a lot of trash ends up in the sea, which is very dangerous for dolphins and other marine animals. During the action, we cycled 50 km with electric bicycles and collected almost 20 kg of trash. After the successful completion of our task, our members gave a short presentation on our society, our goals and our research work. You can view the video below.
